Dr Conyac is hands down amazing and a true blessing to my family I honestly could not thank her enough for bringing my baby’s into this world safely Dr.Conyac your one amazing dr my family loves you

I made an appointment for 7/25/22. They put me down for 10/25/22. I called back on 7/28/22 to cancel my apt because it is too early from the last checkup. They said my apt was not in the system. I tried to make sure that someone scheduled the apt for me, worried they may have the spot open. The receptionist was in hurry and didn't want to follow my concern while I had a good intention. This service really made me not want to come here. I will go back with my OBGYN even though she is far away.

I came to this practice two times..and in both occasions I had to wait VERY long periods of time before they even acknowledged the Dr was going to be late at all. Today, they had me get ready, took my samples including blood and left me waiting undressed for over 30 minutes. When I came outside to ask about the waiting time.. they started to contact the Dr who happened to have just started a surgery. While I understand emergencies happen.. they should update their patients that are literally undressed waiting in the room next door. The first time, I was understanding about the same situation.. but not today... that If I don't ask.. they dont even know I am there waiting. Very unprofessional, and lack of patient care... They were quick to offer extra services... which I accepted.. but showed NO CARE at all after I had wasted all the time waiting ...they simply asked if I wanted to reschedule. I am very disappointed for the lack of interest and care they show in this office

I came here three times and had a bad experience each time. After the nurse took my vitals and had me undress and put on a gown, I was left in the patient room waiting for Dr. Conyac for 50-60 minutes each time. During my second appointment I had concerns about some pregnancy symptoms I was experiencing, and after I waited for her for an hour Dr. Conyac came in and I began talking to her about my symptoms and she seemed confused and asked if there was a possibility that I was pregnant. We had discussed my plan to get pregnant at my previous appointment, I had called the office and reported the pregnancy as soon as I got a positive test, and her staff tested me when I arrived that day and got a positive result as well. Not only was she an hour late, but she didn’t remember anything about me as a patient and didn’t bother to refresh herself on my history or even glance at my chart. I’m not sure if this indicates incapability as a doctor or apathy toward her patients, but I do not trust

I would not recommend this DR to anyone ! Her office staff is unprofessional and rude, Dr Conyac misdiagnosed , lied to and did not treat me as a patient . I met her after having my son , due to my original OBGYN having to suddenly go on emergency medical leave . I was very upfront with Dr Conyac in my treatment plan and wanted to stick with the original plan from my dr . After going through 13 years of infertility in this last pregnancy being very complicated and high-risk the importance of my care as well as the time restraints due to my INS going to lapse . She agreed and I went to see her , I gave her my full medical history , offered to bring my medical records from previous DRs . From the very first appointment she began to push IUDs aggressively, despite me telling her that is not what I wanted that I had gone through 10+ years of trying different things and was ready for the hysterectomy. Over the course of the next six weeks I had a few doctor visits with her, and several

Long wait times without apology. When I asked staff about the delays they were rude. This should be an exciting time in our life but am having to find a new doctor close to my due date because the staff mistreats patients.

On average 50-70 minutes late for all but one appointments throughout my pregnancy. Nobody wants to change doctors midway through pregnancy, it's difficult to get in with an OBGYN in Rockwall quickly as a new patient, and I liked Dr. Conyac so I stuck with it. She was wonderful during delivery, but since having my baby they seem completely unconcerned about follow up. I've had multiple issues with scheduling my follow up appointment and have documentation to support my efforts. Currently I'm having a dispute re: insurance and am being advised it's my issue to deal with, despite having documentation from the third party and their statement that GLOW dropped the ball. I have phone records and the third party has notations in the system stating they attempted to get a hold of the doc office but didn't receive a call back for three weeks, at which time my insurance had lapsed. Very nice and definitely recommend her for anyone in need of her services!

She is very nice. However the staff is rude and doesn't communicate with patients. We wait 50 min and up for scheduled appointments every time. And no one apologizes or explains or even acknowledges the fact patients are waiting soo long. Seems to me they need to learn to schedule appropriately.

Best experience I have ever had! Dr.Conyac made my pregnancy SO special and unique and fun. I was completely at ease and knew that whatever needed to be done that she would be able to get the job smoothly and safely and efficiently. She knew me and listened to me and made me and my whole family relaxed and confident.
