Poor. Once waited an hour in a room and ended up walking out and rescheduling. He also told me I wouldn’t need my anxiety & depression medication anymore once I “realized how to be happy and fulfilled with my life”. He always labeled all of my issues under my depression or me being overweight. I went to another doctor’s office and was diagnosed with a thyroid disorder and had 2 masses on my thyroid that needed biopsies. I’d never recommend Addo to anyone. Thembi Ranuga is amazing though, she works under him. See her if you can.

Dr. Addo is a very kind soul. He takes his time with his patients and makes sure they completely understand medical terms, diagnosis, and medications. He does have a long wait, but his staff are excellent. His medical assistant, Lindsey is the absolute best. She always has a smile on her face, is very easy to talk to, and makes you feel as if she has known you for years. She is very smart, explains things well, and very caring. Dr. Addo found a gem when He hired her. +++ experience.

Gives you an appointment for 8am and he doesn't start until 9am. Very slow. Gives a hard time when trying to explain whats wrong.
