Very bad! They ask you for a credit card to have in file! Thats very dangerous! This was my first visit! Because I refuse they told me he ca not see me! This is not acceptable and I left!

I was referred to Dr. Giuffrida by my dermatologist for a Moh’s surgery procedure on my face, of all places. I read reviews and was somewhat concerned by the mixed reviews I read online. Fortunately, I have only positive words for the doctor and his team. From the moment of my arrival I was treated professionally and courteously. The wait to see Dr. Giuffrida was minimal. He explained the procedure and addressed the concerns I had about potential scarring on my face patiently and compassionately. I was able to schedule the procedure quickly.Unfortunately for me, the basal cell carcinoma was quite extensive requiring multiple cuts and an extensive suture line. However, almost a week out, I can see a clean line which will leave a small, but almost hidden scar from how the doctor had to cut. This speaks of experience and concern for both the patient’s physical and emotional well being.The office staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Giuffrida.

This practice seems like a scam, they basically advertise their name using the Dr’s name, but you only get to see his Nurse for follow ups or full body scans, as the Dr only does surgery. Dr does not see patients anymore, he only treats them when they are already sick, I guess it might be more profitable. Because the healthcare system is also a scam, they charge you and the insurance as if you were seen by a Dr specialist, when in reality you are seen, and diagnosed by a Nurse Practitioner. They made me wait 6 months to see the Dr, and they just called me to let me know the app. is going to be with the Nurse. Bait-and-switch on the spot, nice move Doc!

I was a patient and Dr. Giuffrida did a great job with my Mohs surgery but he can't seem to keep his appointment calendar. Last year, on a follow-up appointment, I sat in an exam room for nearly an hour. He said he was doing surgery on a child with an issue on her face, so I rolled with it, but I let him know at the time that the wait was generally unacceptable. Today, I returned to the office and sat in a paper gown for an hour without anyone giving me updates or getting any feedback on when the doctor would see me. I had my appointment months in advance; they weren't squeezing me in or anything. After an hour, I left. Sorry, Doc, you just lost a patient. If you can't respect my time, then you don't get my business.

Dr. Giuffrida is an excellent skin cancer dermatologist. He´s a very human understanding person, and his staff is also amicable and kind. We were fortunate to find him. We have no complaints, only grateful for his services.

THE PROBLEM OF DR GIUFRIDDA IS HIS STAFF. EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. RECEPTIONIST IS A DISASTER, RUDE NURSES. THEY OVERCHARGE THE INSURANCE. THIS OLDER LADY WHO TAKES CARE OF THE MONEY IS VICIOUS, BEFORE ASKING IF I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED SHE KEEPS REPEATING HOW MUCH MONEY YOU OWE. NEVER GOING BACK. DOCTOR SEEMS LIKE HE IS DOING A FAVOR TO SEE YOU. THAT IS HIS BUSINESS.
