Do not recommend!!!
Awful service. I was placed on a LOA through my primary physician (Theodore Gerard Caspe, M.D.) back in early Feb, until late Feb and recommended to seek psychiatric help. The Psych., Rachel Obi, is the worst!! I explained my condition and she placed me on medication (normal) but accidentally placed me on medication that apparently I wasn’t supposed to take. Upon our last appointment she stated I would be able to go back to work on the medicine provided, but now the issue is that I haven’t been able to have either practitioner fill out my ‘return to work’ forms or provide a letter stating I’m able to return. I’ve called everyday for 2 weeks (after I was supposed to go back to work) and both offices state that it’s the other doctors job. The Physician states since I was placed on medication and under the care of the Psych., she would have to fill the paperwork. They both refuse to fill out my return to work forms which means I could get terminated. Do not recommend!

Dr. Caspe's staff is so unprofessional. I have gone back thinking he would not have the same staff and they are still there. One in particular! No compassion and so rude! So unbelievably rude!!! If you need to see the doctor in a reasonable time frame, making an appointment for someone 3 weeks out is not sufficient and then turn around and say to go to urgent care. Urgent care cannot renew a prescription after explaining that to his receptionist! And the Dr. wait time is ridiculous.

My experience with Dr. Caspe and his staff has been absolutely ridiculous. I became a patient here about a month ago. I got there 15 mins early, we started an hour late. During that initial (one and only) appointment, in the middle of a sentence, he looks at his Apple Watch, stands up, and walks out. Left me in the room for around 10 minutes. When he returned, he stated he had successfully booked a hotel room up near Lake Tahoe and he was excited. The peak of professionalism.

Dr. CASPE is straightforward and blunt with what is going on with your ailments. He is straight and to the point which some people find rude but I find very refreshing. he's the type of doctor that is not there to please you and tell you everything's going to be fine and stroke you. he's straightforward he's to the point he tells you what's going on he let you know what you need to do to fix it. I highly recommend this doctor

Dr.Caspe is one of those good serious family physicians that my mother in law - Librada Porras( now 87 years old) have experienced in Southern California. I her son in law , brought her approximately in Oct. 2014 for a medical check up.Dr. Caspe found out in the tests conducted that my mother has an uncontrolled diabetes.Librada started the first month every week visit for blood sugar monitoring. After almost 1 year and 3 months , diabetes was now controlled. Our visit now is every 3 months.

My husband came into this office and for a physical. There was some mixing up with his insurance which I rectified before the time of his appointment. But then were informed he would not be seen at all because the doctor had a meeting scheduled and we were to be the last patient seen. So I told her I would like to speak with the Doctor. The front desk person told me he was with a patient. So I said I would wait until he's free. Out appt was at 10:30AM it is now 10:55 and his is still w/patient
