Very knowledgeable
Fantastic! The kids love him and his jokes, he makes them feel at ease and seems to love what he does! He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

We went to Dr. Croll at CavityBusters, Doylestown for an assessment for a sedation procedure for my son in June 2020. He seemed knowledgeable and had a good demeanor for kids. However, after assessment Dr. Croll insisted that he could perform the fillings with just nitrous for my son, despite several failed attempts at our regular dentist. We schedule that appointment, waited two months, and it once again ended in screaming and tears. Dr. Croll said "I can't treat your son without sedation," and when I remarked, "isn't that what I said," Dr. Croll responded very dismissively ("what do I know, I'm only a board certified dentist with 47 years of experience"). He was then very curt and dismissive while I got the paperwork for the sedation procedure. Now, September 2020, we're waiting for pre-approval from my insurance. Essentially, we wasted three months and subjected my son to another traumatic experience because of Dr. Croll's arrogance and refusal to listen to anyone else.

Doesn’t take the time to walk through treatment plans. Acts like you’re lucky to have him as a dentist.

Dr Ted croll tortured me as a child but I now have a voice. After multiple shots of novocaine I felt no relief. He called in nurses to hold me down during an operating and later told my dad he had "won" he is a terrible horrible excuse for a human, stay far far away!

Does not throughly check teeth and does not allow a parent to sit with child during treatment Expects a 2 year old to sit in the dental chair alone for 30 minutes ! Of course three is a solution--bind the child in a strait jacket(!) that he euphemistically calls a "hug" jacket. Very little concern for patient from him and the hygienist and questionable medical diagnosis. Outdated dental equipment etc.
