Very unprofessional
I waited almost 9 months for my appointment. A few weeks before I received a call from the office stating that Dr Small would be taking time off that week. I was offered an appointment in ONE YEAR !!!!! Completely unprofessional.

Love her! She has an incredible bedside manner, calls me to discuss my medical choices on her own time, and she is smart and capable. Realistically, I prefer alternative medicine so can be a real pain to a doctor. But, she has never shown me any bit of intolerance or disrespect. In fact, the opposite is true. She has patience, kindness and honestly, you would be lucky if she has any availability for new patient.

I used to rave about Dr. Small. But in the past few years, there's been a dramatic change in her office -- a lack of attention to detail (like trying to get a prescription filled) and in overall patient care. For example, getting her to return a call takes weeks, and in one instance, months. She contacted me 8 months after my request to say she "had a request on her desk and was not sure whether it was a new request..." I'm looking for a new doctor now.

Between ignoring my complaints and her insistence on me getting a complete hysterectomy without definitive proof that it would even help, I can't recommend her to anyone. Especially since she treated me so awful the last time I saw her. Frankly I had never seen her be so down right rude and mean. Beware that if you have any opinions or try to advocate for yourself with emotions (especially if you are pregnant and hormonal) that you will automatically be put in a group labeled "depressed".
