Dr. Chamnong has been our family doctor to 15 years or more. He is always quick, efficient, and professional but still has that personal experience. My wife has some fairly complex health issues that he helps s us manage and is always up-to-date with the latest info. We love Doc Chai!

I recently moved back to Montgomery and was looking for a family practice doctor to see as my main doctor. Chamnong was recommended by a friend of mine and I called to schedule an appointment. The lady who answered the phone asked for my name, date of birth, and insurance information. After I gave her my insurance information she informed me that Chamnong was not seeing new patients... I was confused as to why she asked for my information if he was not seeing new patients... She replied tha

Initially my experience was okay. I went in for a checkup, and they hit me up for some additional tests. A few weeks later, I get a bill from the lab for over $200! I called them before 4 on a weekday and despite their hours of operation being until 4pm, their phone number re-directed to a hospital that wouldn't help me, so I e-mailed them. They replied in one sentence: "have you tried calling labcorp?" I was shocked! They messed up, and then threw it back to me to fix their mistake. AVOID THEM!

Dr. Chamongchareonwong is an unprofessional doctor who seems to only be able to handle a case of the sniffles (a cold, etc.). He has a short attention span for patients responses to his exam questions; for example, he only wants surface information which unfortunately leads to poor quality of care. If you have any sort of even semi- serious heart problems, seizures, and or rheumatological conditions he'll drop you as a patient with no warning. It'd be a waist of time/energy to visit this doctor.
