Dr. Surwan was professional and thorough. He explained the procedure clearly explaining the risks. He gave me the information I needed and allowed me to make the decision to proceed. He was respectful and listened. I never felt rushed. Once we decided to proceed he demonstrated experience and patience throughout. He explained things, but did not give me a step-by-step description of the procedure, which I appreciated. His assistant was also very professional and reassuring. Top grades.
