Dr. Cha is incredible! Not only did he do a great job with my first ever stay at a rehabilitation center, I actually looked forward to his visits for his stories and jokes. Dr. Cha thank you for making my stay at San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital pleasant. Joanne Silveira

Visited for Diabetic and kidney problem. I asked how much liquid and calorie to take in a day. Dr. said whatever , as much as you can eat and drink. And I got too much fluid in my lung and body. It made short of breath worse. he could but did not refer or advice dietician to discuss if he had no knowledge about in take amount. However wrong advice for serious diabetic and kidney. I’m scare now, why and what up to his plan was. Please God help.
