Avoid at all costs. Has to work at a teaching hospital. She would be fired at a community hospital.

Dr. Tess was very polite and respectful of my needs. Would recommend her for her excellent bedside manner. She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with her. Wonderful to see a young doctor being so proficient!
