Dr. Irwin has been our family’s Physician for over thirty years including my parents. His communication skills are outstanding and always listens to our questions. He has helped me with several health issues over the years and has given myself and family excellent care for a long time. I am very happy he is my Physician!

Dr. Irwin is a great listener and clinician. He suggests options but let’s me make the decision. He has been my primary care physician for many years and works with me to optimize my health status. Highly recommend him!

Dr. Irwin has been my physician for over 20 years. He’s always taken time to listen and answer my questions. Whenever I’ve been ill I’ve always been seen promptly by Dr. Irwin or one of his associates.

Dr. Irwin is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been treated by! He is personable, caring and very thorough. He stays current with your records and keeps you up-to-date with procedures needed. He also takes the time to laugh with you or share a personal story. ??

Terrible. Was told my prescriptions would be called in a medical procedure would be called in and someone would be calling me to schedule it. Never happened even after calling several times and leaving messages. Because I went without my medicine, I ended up in the hospital. My last appointment, I was rushed out and wasn’t even done. I was led to the check out desk. Asked if I owed anything and was told no. Well guess what? I got a call about owing a very small amount and the lady was very nasty and threatened to turn me into collections. I believe I was rushed out because it was their lunch time. So glad I had a witness with me that day. I will not continue to go there and I know that I’m not the only one who feels that way because the person who witnessed what happened had originally referred several of her clients there and advised me that they also had complained and said it was mainly the office staff that were not professional.

Dr Irwin is professional but billing dept has some serious issues. The only time we visited Dr. Irwin was for our annual wellness exams that were supposed to be 100% covered by insurance since Dr. Irwin was in network. Knightsbridge billing department refused to code correctly and turned our account over to collection agency after insurance paid bill.
