We just had our little ones tongue tie corrected by Dr. Good. He was very friendly and explained the procedure to us wonderfully. He answered all of our questions, my husband and myself both really liked him.

Waited for over an hour for him to show up for an 8:00 am appointment and that was initial appointment. Surgery for a 14 month old was delayed by 7 hours (so almost 18 hours of no eating). He lied to my face that day and was rude and condescending.

Dr. Good put tubes in our daughter's ears as well as removed her adnoids. We were very happy with this physician and facility! We would strongly recommend him!

Dr Good is experienced, thorough, & knowledgeable. A new patient may be put off at 1st because of how quickly he examines his patients & how fast he explains things. He can come off as abrupt. He is just very efficient. Dr. Good & his staff know what they are doing and don't put the children they treat through any unnecessary tests or treatments. They are friendly and understanding with their patents. Dr. Good will listen to any concerns and answer any questions that parents have.

Avoid the Medina, OH location or either location at all costs. I took my son into the Medina, Oh location after his ear testing at school was free and Easter Seals told me he had a hearing loss, I took him to this location to confirm the hearing loss. An audiologist came and took my son way for 5 minutes and confirmed what Easter Seals had said. I received a bill for $900.00 for a 5 minute hearing test. Akron Children's overcharges.
