How is he still practicing?
I’ve dealt with some not so nice doctors before but he takes the cake. Not only was he extremely rude but didn’t even bother to review my chart before coming in and making a diagnoses. He also in the notes from my visit in my chart wrote things that I nor he ever said. He needs to be investigated and I am making a report to the state. Wouldn’t trust him with my life on the line.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR
This doctor was the absolute worst doctor I have ever been to. He was rude, condescending and even called me a LIAR!

Was at E.R. and Dr. Fultz was amazing and reassuring. E.R. was very busy dealing with Covid and Dr. Fultz handled my emergency with the Best Care.
