Rude! Even after being a patient for over 10 years
Ive been going to Dr nutt since I was 15 . And after today I will never be back. because I have insurance and was told to reschedule again because they “didn’t have time to call and verify it “ after I had already been rescheduled last week because she was away on vacation. She spends about a minute with me every time I go in. She’s in and out and can’t even make time to accommodate her clients. Her and her staff need to treat all patients equally wether there out pocket pay or paying with insurance.

Very professional
Dr Nutt and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Appointments are always efficient, timely, and instructions are in detail. She doesn’t chit chat. She’s very direct and to the point. I have full faith and trust in her. My whole family uses her.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE
I have never been treated as rudely by a doctor in my life. My father is 84, has Stage 4 prostate cancer, rashes all over his body and now a probable cancer presenting on his hand. Yet, even though he requests my presence in his exam as I am his primary caregiver, the do not allow me to be in attendance. Rather, the cashier has to interpret what she can from the poorly written notes Dr.Nutt sends with my father. Then, when I question the updated diagnoses from our last visit, Dr.Nutt spoke so rudely and so condescendingly to me that I actually had to ask her why she was speaking to me as though I were not intelligent, and why she was being so condescending. She snapped and spoke over me, then turned and left. She was absolutely a horrifically rude human being. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. She shouldn’t interact with other people. That woman needs a desk job in a basement.

I would not recommend this provider and will not return. She spends very little time with her patients, will not return if you have questions, and I left the clinic feeling unwelcome. I don't feel confident in her treatment and don't think she provided a thorough exam. A full body exam took her two minutes at the most. I came in for a lip lesion and she was very aggressive when she examined my lip. Without warning, shined a bright light in my eye and aggressively palpated my lip. She did not tell me the cream she gave me would deglove my lip.

My experience with Dr. Terri Nutt is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor before. She is 30-45 minutes late to my appointments and spends a total of 2 minutes with me. She does not listen and she made me feel stupid for being frustrated with my acne. I paid my copay just to be told I need to be patient with my medication when she could've just called me to say that. She needs to learn a little bit about empathy and caring about her patients in my opinion. The only reason I chose her was because she was the only one that had availability that month and now I know why. I will be finding a new dermatologist.

Dr Nutt runs a great clinic. Never have I waited 10 minutes...less than 5 usually. I always have actinic keritosis to be frozen. She is very professional and personable. Her staff is the same as she; professional and personable. I could go to other dermatologist that are closer to me, but choose to drive over 20 miles to her clinic.

I have been a long time patient with Dr. Nutt. Very Caring Doctor, Listens, and very thorough. I was referred to Dr. Nutt, who discovered a miss-diagnosis from previous doctor, and now successfully treated my condition. Very pleased with Dr. Nutt.

Dr. Nutt does not care about her patients. After trusting her with my care she provided all of 3 minutes of her time and left the room. When I had additional questions she refused to return. Doctors like her are so unfortunate to have in the medical field. Lacks empathy, does not listen to her patients, or care to answer questions.

Rheumatologist sent me for ear biopsy to rule out psoriasis, Dr. Nutt said not necessary, it wasn't. Then gave me prescription for it - for jock itch! Rheumatologist sent me to another dermatologist who biopsied it, confirmed it was psoriasis, led to Psoriatic Arthritis diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Nutt complete failure in carrying out request, diagnosing, treatment, followup (none). Would not recommend to anyone.

There must be a dermatologist that cares about their patients and T. Nutt is not one of them. I called and confirmed my appointment with her office the day before my scheduled appointment. I show up at the exact time they told me and was informed that I missed my appointment and was being charged 100.00 out of a deposit I had left for the procedure that was scheduled. Dr. Nutt was right there however did not attempt to speak to me or show interest in the fact that I was visible upset.

Went to see her for my dermatitis, at first little standoffish at first impression, but second visit was very pleasant. I just recommended her to my sister. Good doctor in my opinion. Just don't be late because you'll have to reschedule, I was 10 minutes late due to accident on highway. Staff are sometimes rude. If you can put that aside, I will continue to see her.

I miss her. She was my practitioner for (6) and always caught my skin cancer before any radical treatment was required. Friendly, fairly priced. Gave instructions on cleaning, treating and follow up on an excision or other treatments of my skin cancer. Doctors here, cannot seem to remember my surname, treated wrong places on my eye and arm. Give me Terri Now!!!!

HORRIBLE bedside manner. Told me I had herpes in a careless cold way, didn’t recommend a test. I told her it was very unlikely I contracted it and asked for a test anyways. And guess what I was NEGATIVE. I asked the nurse to have her call me because I need to figure out what it could be, the nurse was the one to call back with put a cream on it and you will be fine. Also I told her a lotion for my eczema changed my life and she told me not to use it, it wouldn’t work. Even though it already was.
