I was very impressed with my first visit to Dr. Jones. The waiting room was clean and attractive. I didn't have to wait very long (a great plus!). The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the fact that I didn't feel rushed when talking to Dr. Jones. I didn't feel like she was watching the clock to get me out and go on to the next patient within so many minutes! I was not left sitting in the exam room for 30 minutes or more. All in all. I rate it excellent.

I really liked Dr. Jones professionalism and the fact that she seemed truly interested in me and my medical needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

She is not personable. She goes out of town a lot. She doubts most of what you say. If something is wrong with you, she only does a standard blood test and if the results are normal, she will cease to try to find out what's wrong. She makes me feel like I am an inconvenience to her.
