Dr. Terra Lampiasi, DO

I have used Dr Lampiasi for a number of years now. She listens attentively and is truly concerned with my overall health, not just any specific condition I may be seeing her for. Also, she is knowledgeable and explains issues very well.I have gone through a few doctors in the Lenox area over the years and am happiest with Dr. Lampiasi. I use her both via Telehealth and in person appointments.

She really listed to my concerns

I have had excellent health care from Dr. Lampiasi. She is immediately responsive to my concerns by ordering lab or other tests or suggesting ways to treat more minor complains. She is very meticulous about details and attentive to my concerns during visits. Maybe she is not a 5-star in big smiles and bed-side manner but she is extremely competent in what really matters about my health and I am very happy with her as my primary physician.

Dr. Lampiasi has often been rude, abrupt, impatient, inaccurate. Horrible experience on multiple occasions and have switched doctors. She seems burned out and immature in my opinion.

Always excellent. Engaged and concerned. Knowledgeable and caring. Great office atmosphere. No long waits. Accessible.

I had chosen Dr. Lampiasi as my primary. She seemed knowledgeable and personable. However, everything else in this office, or Berkshire Health Systems in general, really sucks. They insisted that i use their FollowmyHealth app for messaging and prescriptions. OK, that actually worked fine, until midsummer 2019. Then it just froze. It turns out that they cancelled that service and switched to something else. Without telling patience about it!!!! How stupid are they?? So i had to call the office to ask for a refill. They bounced me to another number, where i had to leave a message and then nothing happened. Then i needed dr. appt for some problems and they again kept bouncing me until some girl told that the nearest appt is 1.5 months out. What is the point of having a primary with the service like that? I already had to go to the walk-on clinic 3 times this year, because i can't see my primary. All in all, the admin side of Berkshire Health System is terrible, worse than terrible

If I could give zero stars, that is what "Dr." Lampiasi would get. Worst experience with a physician I have ever had. Uncaring. Unfeeling. Punishes you by withholding proper treatment when you get upset about lack of communication from her and her office. Reporting her to my insurance company for starters. What a joke.

Have always had a positive experience with Dr. Lampiasi.

Worst experience ever with a doctor and medical assistant. Worst treatment I have ever experienced as a patient and my son as well. Doctor should have been reported to the medical board. Would not recommend-

I tried to see a Dr. for a month. dr lampiosi refused to see me offering a nurse instead. I'm a nurse... I needed a Dr. I ended up admitted to the hospital. Worst care ever and gives too much responsibility to PA's to convey messages. Go to urgent care or Er.. no help here.

Worst doctor patient experience ever. New patient, doctor ordered several bloodwork tests which were never discussed/warranted. Explicitly stated all testing would be fully covered by insurance. Ended up with several hundred dollars in bills. Never followed up with results, nightmare trying to speak with someone from the office. Totally unprofessional…. Do yourself a favor, find a different doctor.

I reported postpartum depression symptoms and it took 2 weeks to call me back. Never spoke to the doctor, they ordered blood work and then took another two weeks to call me back. Still received no questions or call from Dr. Lampiasi

I go to Dr. Lampiasi every other week for OMT and she is Amazing. I always feel great afterwards. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well.
