dismissive from the start
This Dr. did not listen to my concerns. I felt ignored, frustrated, and unheard. She rushed through the appt and did not explain what was wrong and how to proceed. Given the choice, I would not return to this ER for the concern of getting stuck with her again.

find someone else
I had a terrible experience with this doctor. I was shocked at how unprofessional she spoke with her support staff. She was unfriendly and it was apparent that I was just a # to her and she did not want to take time to answer my questions. I would never see this doctor again, if I have a choice(she works in an ER and I would rather go to another hospital than deal with her again).

arrogant and rude
Dr. acted like I was an inconvenience to her. She was condescending and made me feel stupid for having questions about my health and treatment. I have never been treated so poorly by any physician, like I was with her. Do not recommend!

Rude and disrespectful
Doctor works in the ER. She is rude to patients and staff. Could hear her talking down to XR tech outside of my room. She also had condescending tone with her team members. I would avoid seeing her if possible. OSF should hire someone else as I found out she is actually the director of the pediatric ER. This is not someone I would want representing my hospital.
