A True Professional
I drove 72 miles in each direction to see Dr. Heatly in regards to a potentially serious medical condition. It was the best drive of my life, not only because of the positive outcome, but also because of the doctor’s skill, ability and professionalism. Can I give six stars?

What visit? Called with a sinus infection that made my face stink and gasping for air. Got a feeble prescription and got an appointment 5 WEEKS away! I could be dead by then. Dr Heatley is great but the policies and corporate administration are dangerous.

Dr. Heatly is a people person. She is interested in her patients and always takes time to find out how things are going. She saved my life several years ago by correctly diagnosing my condition and found a way to help me manage it. Wait time is very minimal and the staff is always friendly and helpful. She is always available if I have a question or need a perscription refilled or updated. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of these services.

I would really like to recommend Dr. Heatly, to anyone including my own family and friends. It is n0t very often that a medical Doctor takes the time to fully explain to you just what is going on with your medical condition. Not only has this doctor taken the time to slowly walk through everything with me, but she has made me feel like she truly cares about me. In today's busy rush rush would' that doesn't happen very often. Dr Heatly really does listen.

Best Doctor i have ever had, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, but her office, never returns phone calls, i have left MANY and then end up driving over to her office to get the answers needed.

I would not recommend her yes she will spend time with you which is good but she will also send you for unnecessary testing. Then when i talked to her on the phone she acts like because she a Dr she doesn't have time for you. It's almost like she's only nice to sign you up for things she probably gets bonus on. It's sad that's how most dr are getting these days it's all about money instead of helping people.

Dr. Heatly is definitely a people person. She put me totally at ease. She asked relevant questions, and thoroughly answered any questions I had. She also makes herself available should any questions or concerns arise outside the office. She was on time for my appointment, and she didn't rush through our visit. I highly recommend Dr. Heatly
