I have never experienced such poor patient care
She is impossible to reach. her staff is extremely impolite and has hung up on us 9 times. My daughter needs her meds refilled and they just dont respond, They obviously dont care about their patients.

Not sure if Dr. Foster just doesn’t care anymore or if it’s just me... I met her for the first time recently for an Emergency/Acute appointment since my PCP left the practice. She was 45 minutes late and didn’t ask me a single thing about myself, my symptoms, my history, my need for an emergency appointment in the first place. Instead, she was reading texts on her phone (she told me this), complaining about insurance rules, making fun of another patient, condescending my other service providers (even used air quotes to refer to my psychiatrist, as if she’s not a real doctor) and seemed like she couldn’t be bothered with my case. I was crying (desperate for help and answers) and she was looking down at her phone. I left feeling more confused, angry and depressed than when I arrived. I will be transferring to another practice immediately.

My mother has COPD and her prescription wasn't faxed to her pharmacy. They tried three times to get the office to fax it over and it never happened - the office said they did, but I don't believe that for one minute given my experiences with them (and it shouldn't take THREE times). I called the office, which seems to be a call center now - please wait for the next available operator. OPERATOR???? REALLY???? My mother ran out of her meds this morning and the office just said Dr. Foster will get to it after she finishes for the day probably. I won't hold my breath, and my mother CAN'T. After it is faxed over, it has to be sent from Canada, so not like I can go pick it up. My prescriptions from a different doctor take up to a week (and sometimes many phone calls) to get filled after I'm out (you could DIE and they wouldn't care - I'm willing to bet they don't remember your name), so not surprised, but REALLY - a COPD patient? I have no words. This is disgusting patient care.

Insecure doctor..couldn't see me for 2 months due to vacation and backed up but when I saw another doctor in the meantime, she flipped out. We parted ways. It would have been ok if I had seen another doctor in her medical office but not in another office. Very very insecure and inflexible.

I live an hour away now and, while I see many other doctors, I still wouldn’t consider anyone else as my PCP. Dr. Foster is the best doctor I have had in my 52 years.
