Dr. Teresa Dean, MD

Dr Dean is not only incredibly thorough, experienced, and brilliant, she is compassionate. There are a lot of great doctors out there, but Dr Dean recognizes that her patients are individuals and cares like a close family member.

My appointments with Dr. Dean are always a pleasure. Her staff is quick to get you checked in and the wait time is minimal. My past experiences visiting other doctors are usually stressful with the anticipation of being poked and prodded but, with Dr. Dean, she always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her passion for health and well being comes across through her vast medical knowledge, great advice, superb recommendations, and excellent bed-side manners. When I leave from a Dr. Dean appointment, I feel totally satisfied and grateful, like a V.I.P. customer, who got 1st class treatment. Thanks again Dr. Dean.

It is in your best interest to avoid this office. . After telling me they had an opening on August 4th, I confirmed with my provider that I wanted Teresa Dean as my primary. I called back immediately and they told me the next availability wasn't until August 11. I scheduled the appointment anyway. Two weeks later they called me and said "there was a booking error" and she actually can't see me until August 31st. I would have gone elsewhere had I known it would be 50 days until I could see her.

Dr. Dean is my new primary care physician as of 1/1/2017 through Blue Cross Anthem. I just called her office with am upper respiratory tract infection, and the office assistant told me that Dr. Dean isn't seeing new patients until July. JULY! She certainly did not advertise this when she listed herself as an option for new patients. She's supposed to be the primary care physician coordinating all of my medical needs, and she has the unmitigated gall to tell me to come in July.
