Not a happy camper
I have gone to this doctor for several years, who was great initially. My last two visits have ben terrible. The doctor appears to not listen or even look at the patients. Her attitude is curt and it seems she thinks she is doing you a favor by attending to you. The wait time is terrible. The only saving grace is that the aides were very helpful. The doctors attitude has done a complete reversal from when I made my initial visit to her.

Caring Doctor
I never had a primary care because I have a PPO and always went to specialists, however this doctor showed me why I need a primary care. I had a chronic abdominal pain and she ordered cat scan, that revealed the cause of my pain and recommended a very good surgeon after it became evident I will need a surgeon. I was the patient no doctor wanted to deal with, because they have poor diagnostic skills, until she helped me find the route cause of my problem and I am very grateful that, she cared enough to help me find answers and manage my pain in the meantime. I also like that prior to the annual check up, she prescribes lab work instead of charging for an appointment to prescribe the lab work, like most doctors do. Dr. Charniga listened to my story and was able to help me resolve my main health issue. She is a great doctor and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a caring doctor.

Very unfriendly and did not provide a thorough check up. Scheduling took longer than the actual appointment session. I did not feel comfortable with her, and she did not seem to care about my wellbeing. Never coming back here, and I feel like I wasted money paying the copay.

Really wish there was a no star rating. Thank you Dr Charniga for your rudeness, incompassion, and terrible way You and your assistant treated me. Although I had been with you for many years. When I needed help with paperwork to correct a mistake you made on a std form. You refused saying it was out of the scope of your knowledge. From reading other reviews It seems you have never learned your lesson and that you keep moving your practice now at Blue Point Medical Group. Your nurses assistant Arial I beleive was just as bad never following up with patients leaving messages regarding their health concerns. If you out there are currently looking for a Doctor or Provider read the reviews below and look somewhere else for assistance.

She is not the friendliest Dr.. Also, she has moved again from the Sunset St. location. This is the 4th move in 3 years. I can't find any info where she went or if she is even here in Las Vegas. She should have sent out a letter informing her patients where she moved to. Terrible not to let us know. I will be changing doctors soon.

Worst experience with a doctor in my lifetime. I am new to the Las Vegas area and needed to see a primary care doctor for a physical. Poor bedside manners, disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. I had to use every patience within me to not get up and walk out. I will never return to see this "doctor" again. Please don't waste your time. Choose a doctor who has your wellbeing and best interest in mind. She is plain miserable.

I want to publicly thank Dr. Charniga for being condescending, confrontational, and non helpful in meeting my basic needs and your basic obligations to fill a prescription I have been taking for 7 years. Really appreciate that although you claim that you think experts should prescribe ADD meds, you are willing to counteract all the previous experts diagnosis and prescriptions. At least you wasted 3 weeks of my time to let me know.

Never seeing this Dr again.... I just moved to Vegas I am looking for a primary care physician.... she did not even look me in the eye she was typing on her laptop the whole time! She did not order bloodwork even though I told her it has been awhile since I have seen a dr!!! Total waste of time!!! She left and told me to wait a moment and I sat for 5 more minutes and the nurse came in and told me I was finished..... I walked out shaking my head... still searching for that primary care physician
