Dr. Teresa Brady, MD

At the check-up, wanted a review of my child's medication because they have been on the same medications and no one has tested to see if they really had the issues that were being treated. The original prescriptions were from when my child was a toddler. They were affecting my child's everyday way of life. Dr. Brady started ranting about there being nothing wrong with the medications my child is on. Long story short, Dr. Brady did not want to hear what I had to say. She listed a whole list of medications by name that there are no issues with including the ones my child is on. I felt like she worked for the Pharmaceutical companies instead of what was needed for my child. We have been seeing a different doctor. My child is off the medications and thriving.

The staff needs some training. I have been with them for years now. I asked for a name change on shot records and they crossed out the old name, added the legal name, and put in parenthesis my child was adopted. Why not just redo the records as I requested and was told was completed. Laziness. I could have done this on my copies, and saved an hour of driving. You have to go in for any changes and even the easiest. Most times I can't understand the person answering the phone. I could not get them to resolve my boys medication so had to go to another doctor on two occasions because could not get the correct doctoring, then come back to them after it was corrected. I just have not had a satisfying adventure with this office. The "Office Staff" (outside the doc) really needs business training and needs to learn good business practices. They need to remember they are providing services for payment, so no reason to half-a$% do things and show some interest. Every time I call they are quick

We had a well-check/new patient check for my kids today. The office had a poor smell and was very outdated, the nurse was not friendly and did not acknowledge our questions. She smelled like smoke, seemed overwhelmed, and completely uninterested in helping us. The refused to see our three kids individually so our 10 and 12-year-old girls had to endure checks on their physical development with their little brother in the room. Dr. Brady herself was friendly but refused to update prescriptions for my kids. One has asthma and allergies and the other has been being treated for depression and is doing better on their medication. We are seeking a new provider as this experience was horrible all of the ways around.

Orders extra unnecessary procedures without giving informed consent. Be careful they like to charge for extra lab work due to them using a "different machine" which they knowingly admitted costs extra versus the standard in office tests previously used. Very unprofessional, money grabbing. Office staff is rude by not letting me talk (talked over and interrupted) then hung up on me. Do not recommend. Be careful, they do not care about patient only money.
