I wouldn’t go anywhere else for pain management! Period! Dr. Gray has been such a help in my daily walk with chronic pain. I’ve had - in over 20 years - all sorts of providers. However NONE can touch Dr. Gray. He simply - in my opinion - is the BEST! He has helped me to regain many parts of my life that I thought were forever lost to me. I am not saying that my chronic pain has gone - not at all - what I am saying is that Dr. Gray‘s treatments have kept the pain in check. For that I am so very thankful - it is hard for me to imagine how my life was before he treated me. He is thorough and so very interested in helping his patients to gain a functional life back. He has done so for me! Thank you, Dr. Gray, and your wonderful staff Comprehensive Pain Management in Scarborough! I am beyond thankful for all you do for me!

Dr. Gray and the ladies at Maine Comprehensive Pain Management are absolutely the best! I cannot say enough about the pain relief I have from Dr. Gray’s pain management. I feel that he takes the time to listen, explains the treatment plan and involves me in the treatment process. I no longer have to live with the headaches, neck, lower back and hip pain that I had for years before I found Dr. Gray. The treatments I receive have given me back my quality of life, now I honestly can’t imagine my life without them!

Dr. Gray has been amazing. I have struggled for many years, after being in a terrible accident in the 90's. Dr. Gray's questions were on point. I knew he was actually listening to me and hearing my concerns. He was able to develop a plan, help me regain my leg, my life and hope that pain will not always rule my life.
