Awesome Doctor!!
Dr. Carter is very friendly, patient and easy to work with. His patients are always eager to see him and they always leave his office smiling. He is a great man and we just love having him as one of our clients here at One Paces West.

Dr. Carter was highly recommended to me by a friend in Atlanta. My concern regarding my health issue was immediately lessened by Dr. Carter's calming and thoughtful demeanor. Dr. Carter was very thorough and took a lot of time with me, I never felt rushed or unheard. I feel fortunate that I was referred to him. I would give him my highest recommendation without reservation.
