Dr Ballenger has been working with my family for a few years and we've also felt at ease in her presence, and confident of her knowledge to answer our inquiries and concerns. The staff at Riverside Pediatrics are wonderful as well and we always had a good experience during our visits!

Dr. Ballenger is excellent at interacting with my teenage son who is on the autism spectrum. She listens to both of our concerns, gives expert advice, and gives us ample opportunities to ask questions. We are never rushed through his appointments.

My daughter saw Dr. Ballenger for an emergency visit late on Friday afternoon. She took the time to thoroughly exam my daughter and answer all of our questions. We really appreciate her expertise and kindness.

Dr. Ballenger is absolutely amazing! As a first time mom, it's always scary going in for checkups and shots and all of that, but she makes it enjoyable and as painless as possible! We always feel heard and understood, and no question is too silly nor any concern too trivial. We love her and would recommend her to any and all families!

Dr. Ballenger is an outstanding pediatrician. She’s very smart, competent and has a wonderful, down to earth approach with my daughters. Highly recommend! The practice is very responsive and easy to work with too.

New family with Dr. Ballenger. We did a telephone interview before baby was born and we loved her knowledge, warmth, and the way she empowers parents to make choices for their kids. Our first appointment was recently and she was great about answering questions before we even had to ask.
