I’ve been nothing but happy with my experience with Dr Wellens, she takes her time and explains everything the why, what and when of everything. The office staff Crystal especially are amazing and so personably. The care isn’t cheap, however you get the best of quality care with the best Doctor and staff! I’m so grateful for the care I’m receiving.

Paid $85 for less than 10 minutes of toenail clipping. Wow! $500.00 per hour! And and then there was another $170. 00 for items not covered by insurance. No thank you.

Procedure was quick, next day I was back to painless movement

Dr. Wellens saved me I’m back with only walking with a cane instead of a walker. I don’t have pain in that leg like I used to have it was like that for 5 years. Now we are working on my other leg. I will be even better soon. Thank you.

I had suffered foot pain for fourteen months and I was seen by three different foot Doctors. The last one I visited refered me to Dr. Wellen’s. She and her staff are the best care givers I have been treated by.. Each and everyone will pause from their busy schedule and give you the attention that you won’t find anywhere else.I was surprised the part of her treatment is not covered by insurance. Paying the part that is not covered isn’t as painful as not paying and remaining in severe painAfter less than two weeks after surgery I am pain free, and there was no need to do therapy.Thanks to all of you.

Before I came to Dr. Wellens, I went to another podiatrist for a heel spur.That podiatrist recommended X-rays, steroid shots, and physical therapy.My pain just got worse:(By this time, I was using a walker to get around. I could not put my foot down in the shower, I had to quit my job, and had to cancel trips that I planned to go on.In desperation, I looked for another podiatrist. On my first visit, my son brought me to Dr. Wellens and I was using a walker.She took an ultrasound of my foot and recommended shockwave therapy. This was something I had never heard of.After the very first treatment, I felt a reduction in pain. I had 4 treatments. Once a week. I currently HAVE NO PAIN!What a blessing this treatment has been for me! I recently was able to navigate the Orlando airport to fly to Phoenix! I am able to visit friends, go out to eat, and hide that Walker!!!If you are in extreme pain, and it is disrupting your lifestyle, please consider the Shockwave Therapy.

Staff was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable, appointments were set quickly and professionally. Dr. Wellens was able to figure out my issues in one visit and recommended laser treatments to reduce swelling in the bunions. The treatments were expensive but they worked. Orthotics were custom fit and ordered at my first visit! Thank you

I provided them with my private insurance and they stated that the medications, treatments and ultrasound were not covered. Eventhough, they are in network and I have great insurance coverage. Needless to say, I paid upfront and their office billed my insurance for the ultrasound. I am now submitting all my receipts for reimbursement and questioning the treatment plan while looking for a new podiatrist. They are a money making business. BEWARE!

Dr. Wellens is an amazing doctor. She did surgery on my broken second toe! She cares about you as a person and shows it! She's not afraid to use some homeopathic ideas to help. I have neuropathy and am taking Nervasia for that and it is so helpful. She had just been to a workshop on the very same surgery she was doing on my toe! She keeps up to date with new procedures. Old way I would have had to stay off my foot for two weeks because she would have had to go in on the sole of my foot. I came home in a walking boot and let me get around so much easier because the new way she went in through the top of my foot! Absolutely amazing! You will NOT be sorry for going to see Dr. Wellens! It was worth the 45 minute drive to get to see her!!

Dr, Wellins., when it comes to my feet, thank you for again coming o my rescue. Tendon surgery and caring 4 years ago brought me back to 100% in all my activities.
