Dr. Tatiana Baron, DO

I never write reviews but after my experience with this practice I feel compelled to. Beside the fact that the receptionist who answers the phone being extremely rude every time I have interacted with her, I will spare exposing her name but the office manager is well aware. I show up to my appointment only to be told they no longer accept my insurance. I was never notified about this change since i have had this same insurance since the last time I saw Dr Barron and was told it was accepted. I was then notified that due to their mistake during my last visit they had to write off my previous visit since it was not accepted. Shouldn’t someone have notified me of this? I left work early for this appointment. Dr Baron is a good doctor but there are plenty of other good doctors who have pleasant, competent office staff. Front desk and phone operators are the face and voice of a practice and sets the impression and tone for patients. It’s a shame Dr Baron is associated with this

Dr Baron is great, however, her staff sucks. I left a message about my medication and my pharmacy called about it, but never received my authorization for medication.

I tried to get in touch with Dr Baron or leave a message. The office staff never told Dr Baron about the call. Her secretary (Michelle) was horrible and rude. Her office manager was also rude. It is difficult to have a good experience with a doctor when the support staff is so terrible.

Dr Baron is great unfortunately if you have any medical issue which requires authorization for medication you will not be able to get it. I tried over and over again to get paperwork filled out for medication, left voice messages, sent email, myself and the insurance company faxed over forms. I was never able to get the medication the doctor recommended through their office! I had to find another doctor.

We all go to Dr Baron in my family. She is Compassionate and on top of all our healthcare needs. She always listens and answers All your questions and guides you in the right direction. We can’t say enough good things about her been with her about 10 years now and it was a long road to find her. She is the best endocrinologist I have ever been to and the only one I will ever go to.

Dr Baron is the best. She really cares for her patients. She listens and she spends her time to get to know you and she helps you know your diabetes

We have been very happy since we have been seeing Dr. Baron. She is excellent as far as explaining in terms that you don't have to be a doctor to understand. She is on top of any problems you may have and has even been in touch with our other doctors to help with medical issues. You don't find doctors who would take the time to do that. The office staff also excellent and prompt. Another wonderful feature. I have told other family members how happy we are since finding her.
