We paid 1,000 dollars for a physical because she doesn't accept insurance. It then took us a week to ever get a hold of them or have them send us results. The only thing they were quick on was processing my 1,000 payment on my credit card. Utter scam!

Excellent Care
I have been searching for a competent integrative clinic for quite a while. A friend recommended Centre Spring MD. I am completely happy with the care I am receiving. I love that I can receive several services at her clinic. She is thorough and responsive in a timely manner. So happy to have found someone local as I was traveling to Colorado to see my former doctor.

I had a horrible experience here. Like the others mention, this place is more about peddling Dr. Taz's supplements, than it is about helping you heal. The supplements aren't helpful, and they load you up with so many, that you end up taking 12 pills a day! I spent so much money and time, as I sat in their waiting room for at least an hour and a half each visit, to come away with no solution for my reason for going in the first place. I've never been more disappointed in a "healthcare" facility. They took blood, without telling me to fast first, which threw off my blood test results. Then condescended me for not knowing that I should have fasted. Then proceeded to give me vitamins for the faulty blood test results, none of which had anything to do with why I was there. The practitioner then condescended Dr. Taz and her methods, saying the original supplements given to me weren't necessary, proving none of them are on the same page. Now I'm thousands of dollars worse off.

I visited Dr. Bhatia's finely appointed (if ostentatious) office with my partner several times. We always saw one of the PAs, but my partner has seen Dr. Bhatia as well. BTW, I don't call physicians by their first names no matter how highly they think of themselves. On the last visit, the provider we saw said very inappropriate things about my partner's anatomy in front of me. She continued down this path even after we clearly let her know that we were very uncomfortable. We both have PTSD and this event was very triggering for us. We spent thousands of dollars on these incompetent bandits who seem to care more about peddling supplements than actually helping patients. This place is a disaster waiting to happen for a plethora of reasons. Listen to people who warn you about it, unless you enjoying throwing your money away or having a "medical provider" insinuate that you have moldy breasts in front of your partner. There's something wrong with these people.

Rarely do I leave any type of feedback unless it's positive. This is an exception. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Dr. Taz. My virtual apppointment was at 7:30am. After waiting almost an hour and a half, our "visit" began. Looking back, I felt completely rushed. She doesn't offer any suggestions during your visit. She listens to your symptoms and then tells you that she will email a report with recommendations. How genius (time is money). They charge you extra if you send over any results from previous testing to "read them", but it was obvious that she didn't review them prior to our call as I kept having to tell her things and then she would scan her computer to try and find. The report is very difficult to decipher in that it is a homemade "template" that is next to impossible to understand. It included errors and omissions and after receiving this report, I knew that I made a mistake in coming here. One visit was enough for me.

Dr. Taz has all the fancy exams but the follow up is horrible. She tells you what is wrong but no follow up or return of emails or phone calls. I had to call several times to her office to finally get an answer about my question 2 weeks later. By that time, I needed antibiotics. She is too busy for her patients.

Dr. Bhatia came to my company to speak, and I felt motivated to go see her as I have had lingering health issues. I paid in full to see her and she was sure of what my issue was. She prescribed me natural medicine from her office, that I also paid in full for. 5 days later I was rushed to the hospital. The Dr on call in the ER asked me why I was taking so much medicine and that is the reason my body went into shock. I told him it was what Dr Bhatia recommended I take. I emailed her office to let them know I had gone to the hospital and they recommended I schedule a sick visit and pay in full to come back. I never once heard from Dr Bhatia to check in on me, even though she knew I was rushed to the ER. It was such a disappointment. I do not recommend to anyone.

This office ran many expensive tests yet didn’t use the results effectively in order to help me. They called in the wrong medication twice. Very inefficient and unhelpful care.

Dr Taz is much more interested in being a celebrity than helping her patients. I have a condition of which she said she would research and never did. She made promises that she did not keep and when I went for a follow up visit I saw a young girl who did not know what my blood results meant yet I paid $275. For that visit. I was suppose to see a NP but didn’t. It was a waste of money. My hopes for recovery were dashed as I realized that she is all hype.

There are errors in my paperwork at every visit, errors in scripts, I've never waited less than 3 hours to be seen. Dr. Taz doesn't pay well enough attention to your file or the patient, explains nothing, rushes out if the exam at every visit, has Whitney speak to you first. Whitney asks if you mind, but it's been that way for the last year. As bad as a traditional doctor's offices, doesn't take insurance, insurance wont cover her rates fancy blood work tests, don't waste your money or time

I saw a different doctor in this practice and was very pleased. Most (if not all) holistic/integrative doctors do not take insurance so this is not something anyone should be concerned about and you are told right up front. CS will give you the cost upfront. I had been to a dozen different types of doctors for my daughter and this is the first place that properly diagnosed and treated my daughter. Best decision and best money spend.

This lady is a joke. What a racket she’s running. My wife has flare ups of chronic pain and went to see her. It’s opposite of new docs. They make plenty of room for 1st appointments but it’s so hard for a follow up. My wife last week spoke to a nurse practitioner (not even an MD) for 20 minutes and her AMEX was billed $195 for the call. No discussion whatsoever about how much call would cost. Can’t even find it in writing. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this money leach.

I have been a patient for 6 yeas and bring my 90 year old mother and daughter there too. She is the best doctor I have ever seen and literally saved my life. My mother may live to be 100 now and suffered for years with misdiagnosis. She is extremely compassionate, very knowledgeable, and utilizes state of the art diagnostic testing for treatments. I am a pharmacist and have sent many thankful patients to her that have been mismanaged in the insurance world. Worth paying out of pocket.

Dr. Taz is a phenomenal physician. Her level of compassion and dedication to bringing her patients lasting health is unparalleled! I have never seen a physician take the amount of time that she does with each of her patients, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with the most important thing we possess - our health. She doesn't just prescribe a pill, she listens to you and uncovers things about your health that you wouldn't know otherwise. She's the best!

Just a money hungry doctor. She has created a niche in the market and is taking advantage of patients who are desperate for help and answers. She charges $600 just for a consultation and does not take insurance. Then when you try to schedule a follow up appointment you are unable to get one. The staff calls you in a few weeks or a month if they have an opening. I sent her an email regarding my daughters condition not improving . Still waiting 13 days later for a return email or phone call.

Dr Bhatia recommended a course of action that didn't work for me. When my symptoms got worse, rather than better, she was difficult to get in touch with, and had no advice other than to come back for another appointment and more tests, which are very expensive. She's busy and cannot give any personal attention. I would not recommend.

Dr. Bhatia's office overbooks appointments all the time, which causes a LONG delay in wait time. I have waited an hour to see Dr. Bhatia---sometimes a little longer. The cost for services is very high/expensive and most insurance companies will not cover medical expenses done by her office. Maybe the latest change in their name to Centre Spring from Atlanta Center for Holistic and Integrative Medicine will make a difference with some insurance companies. (I doubt it).
