He was very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable!
Dr. El-Gammal was very pleasant, professional and thorough. He and his PA had a lot of imaging and info to digest to assess my situation.Dr. El-Gammal did a detailed and thorough physical exam. He really listened and was kind, not arrogant like other surgeons I've encountered.In my case, I did not have brachial plexal nerve compression, as I thought I had due to a prior DX. But, Dr. El-Gammal took the time to explain what my issue was.This means no surgery for me, but had I needed one, I'm certain he's the surgeon I'd want, because he has an excellent bedside manner. And he's extremely knowledgeable.
