I love Dr. Erbele! She is kind, has a warm and engaging personality, spends a lot of time with me and never seems rushed, explains in great detail, is more than competent, and I trust her fully. I value her expert advise and opinion. The new office waiting room is beyond small, and the layout is not conducive to watching the TV screen, or even your own electronic device, as the person sitting next to you is about an inch away, so there is no privacy. I find it very uncomfortable.

As a new patient I did not feel at all welcome in Dr. Erbele's office. I was new to the area and dealing with adjusting and she was not sympathetic at all. The medical group itself is not user friendly and very confusing. I have tried to get birth control pills refilled and requests from myself and the pharmacy have been declined with no explanation as to why. If it was a matter of coming in for a yearly appt. I was never given to reminder to make an appt. I'm very disappointed with this office!
