I was so happy to find Dr. Underwood. She listens, helps, makes my medication management super easy and convenient. With recent medication shortages, her office has found where my meds are in stock and transferred my Rx to that pharmacy. I enjoy speaking with her, she’s been 100% reliable. I can’t say that about my previous 2 psychs. 10/10 would recommend.

Recently a friend of mine needed to start seeing a psychiatrist and I recommended Dr. Underwood in a heartbeat. She has always carefully listened to me and answered any questions I may have. And she has just overall always been great.

She charges you even if you dont have an appointment. She sucks, waste of money if she charges people like that you know she does not care about helping you.

I saw Dr Underwood for many years while she was with CODAC. She misdiagnosed me, and spent years coercing me to take medications that have caused permanent damage. When my own research led me to finally question her practices and ask for a full assessment, she steadfastly/stubbornly/unprofessionally refused (as if it would come out of her own pocket!) I was thrilled when she left CODAC, even more so when I was able to.
