My in person visit with Dr Tanya went very well. It was just an annual checkup but I had several specialty visit questions and Dr Tanya was very patient with me and answered them all. I needed a telehealth visit last fall and Dr Tanya got back to me promptly and gave me the correct course of treatment - I was vastly improved within 48 hours. I have been a patient @ Citrus Valley medical group for 3 years now and the staff is always friendly and helpful, it's easy to schedule appointments and the facility is well taken care of. Only once did I have an issue getting an RX filled but there was a major internet/phone issue affecting the entire building so I could hardly put that problem on the staff - there really wasn't much they could do.

I had my first visit with her. I had a great experience with her. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had many questions about my health and Dr.Tanya gave me the right solution about my health. Thank you!

Dr Tanya has been my primary for years. She always listened to any of my concerns, was compassionate about my care, worked around my needs and just a lovely person. Can't speak about office because she was in New York. I miss her very much and wish her well.

They only allows 15 minutes for each appointment, so there's no time to discuss issues or concerns. I went in for an annual physical and was never called with my test results. When I picked them up, I noticed many out of range items and several standard tests missing. I was told it was a lab error and I would have to come back to take more blood. When I asked for a call back from the doctor, I was told that that was unlikely. I'll be taking my results to be reviewed by a doctor who cares.

Horrible staff. Very rude people. They considered me "late" because I was not 15 minutes early. No I was right on time, then refused to see me because I didn't have my drivers license on me. Proceeded to ask me if I wanted to reschedule. No I don't want to reschedule and give your rude practice money.
