Dr. Serrano has been my OBGYN for more than five years. I believe that choosing this type of doctor is the important healthcare decision a woman can make. From my first appointment through my most recent encounter, she has consistently lived up to and exceeded my expectations. Since that first appointment, she has been generous with her time and candid when I've asked for her perspective -- qualities I appreciate in a doctor. A few years later, Dr. Serrano led me through testing and first-line fertility treatments at my pace, without wasting any time. And just recently, she so skillfully and compassionately managed my first pregnancy and delivery! Most notably, during labor, when the first cervical ripening drug didn't thin my cervix, she offered a second type and gave me an entire extra day to labor -- ultimately helping me to avoid an unnecessary C-section. Dr. Serrano is a wonderful doctor and worth trusting with the most personal of health matters and most important life events!

I've had many doctors over the years but she's a keeper. I finally found a doctor who takes the time, no matter how many patients she has, and listens to your every word. She's very precise and detailed in her explanations and recommendations. She makes you feel like she really cares about you. She has years of experience and it's evident. I would definitely recommend her if you're young or older.

I have been to Dr. Serrano for 6 pregnancies. She has always been there for me. I am high risk so she really has to "baby sit" me thru all of these too. The wait time does vary because you never know if she has to run out and deliver someone else. But be considerate because she would do the same for you.

Dr. Serrano is wonderful. Very engaging and kind and spends plenty of time answering your questions. However the office staff, while friendly enough, is horrible at scheduling appointments and returning calls. Times when I've tried to call 5 minutes after the office has opened, the phone just rings with no answer and no pick up. Then when I do manage to get an answer later, I'm almost always transferred to an answering machine. I wish the front office was better because Dr. Serrano is great
