Endoscopy and Follow Up
I have an endoscopy annually. This was my first with Dr. Grant. She was very professional and communicative as was the North Haven staff. Based on the findings, she recommended a follow-up in three months. I had it in Florida, but Dr. Grant remained engaged. I am now waiting for her review of the Florida test.

Cluelessnesss and callousness are an awful pair
I would never see this physician again. Showed no competence or compassion, was late, and had no idea who what why I was there! It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a provider.

Dr. Grant does not return calls even when i've left desperate messages about the horrible pain I'e been in for two months. She finally called me with the results of an MRI and told me I have cancer and that I need a biopsy. That was 10 days ago and it's still not set up and no one in her office will return my calls.

I've been seeing Dr. Grant since 2015 and service is always professional, courteous, and thorough. She explained everything and asked if I had questions and took the time to go over my concerns. I highly recommend this doctor. Her staff is just as pleasant, professional, and courteous. The office and waiting area are very well maintained, and very pretty during Christmas time when the fireplace is lit :-)

The office is extremely disorganized. It took days for Dr. Grant to call me back with an urgent problem. Scheduling is very difficult. No one is there to take your call - they transfer you to voicemail, and the secretary takes a day or so to call back. On my recent appointment, they had no record of my appointment. Dr. Grant seems like a good doctor, but the office makes receiving adequate care vey difficult. The nurses on staff for colonoscopies are excellent.

I visited Dr. Grant in extreme pain and was treated like a criminal seeking pain meds. She did not look at the ct scan I provided her. A week later I was sent to the emergency room from a urgent care center. They found a softball size cancerous tumor inside my colon. I would never go back to see Dr. Grant. She was inattentive and uncaring.
