Dr. Tammy Vargas, MD

Dr. Vargas has been my PCP for many years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. If I need a sick visit, I am scheduled the same day for urgent issues or within a few days for routine issues. Referrals or requests from other providers are swiftly handled. The actual visit is the appropriate length and I feel my questions and concerns are answered well. I find Dr. Vargas to be genuinely compassionate and knowledgeable.

Dr. Vargas, treats her patients as if they were people. She treats the whole person, not just symptoms. She is extremely knowledgeable, and speaks to you as in a way you can understand without talking down to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Tammy Vargus for several years. She and her staff are very personable. Dr. Vargus ensures she goes over all my records when I see her. She spends a lot of time with me. She addresses questions that I have. She also explains any tests or procedures she wants me to have done. She has a great personality too! You know a doctor is great when they are booked out 2 months in advance. She would see me in an emergency too. The staff calls me to book my appointments. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

MD follows computer for questions & treatments. For years MD’s indifferent & only wants specialist to handle anything that isn’t simple.

Dr. Vargas has been my PCP for over 25 years. She has treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and sent me to specialists when needed. She can run a bit late for appointments. Her staff isn't always on the ball. I wouldn't have stayed with her if she wasn't an excellent doctor.

Doctor Vargas' bedside manor is absolutely terrible. She is extremely rude and self important. I am the son of a physician. My father would have never treated his patients in such a manor. She did not listen to any of my concerns, she interrupted me to walk out of the room several times, leaving the door open to speak to other patients and staff (without discretion). She even used profanity in our conversation! Additionally, I had to wait over six weeks for an appointment for a sick visit.
