Dr. Ho is a fantastic surgeon with a friendly office staff and a good bedside manner. I had had to have surgery for a kidney stone before and while that experience was fine, my experience with Dr. Ho was definitely superior. She took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the procedure and follow up. She also discussed with me further tests to help me prevent having to deal with this issue in the future. While I hope not to have to deal with this again, if I do, I will certainly be back to see Dr. Ho.

Dr. Ho is an excellent urology specialist who diagnosed my bladder cancer and expedited my outpatient surgery process. The post surgery results and outcome could not have been better. I found that Dr Ho and her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. I will continue to utilize her for any of my urology concerns.

Dr. Ho detected previously undetected bladder cancer before it had metastasized. Upon finding it, she proactively had me in outpatient surgery in less than a week. The follow up appointments were meticulously scheduled by her office. Her tele-nurses are excellent, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout my continued care. I had the same great experience with scheduling a 2nd outpatient surgery. Dr. Ho understood how upsetting this diagnosis was for me and she was, in her own words, “all over it” for me…..and indeed she was. I never doubted at any point my care under her and always knew I was in excellent hands. She is an excellent urologist and highly skilled surgeon with impeccable credentials. I will continue to go to her for excellent urologic care. I highly recommend Dr. Ho and will be forever grateful to her for finding and resolving my diagnosis.

Her front office is incompetent. They lost a book containing medical information that was left for the doctor. They ordered medication for a procedure and never followed up to book the procedure. They also neglected to order the necessary pre-work-up tests both times before a procedure, thus causing a delay in care. On another occasion, they said a return phone call would occur the same day on an urgent matter, and the call was never received. The follow-up call actually occurred weeks later!! Most recently, they called numerous times to confirm and specific appointment date and time. When arriving at this appointment time, they stated it was the incorrect time. They stated they would check with the nurse because I was 12 minutes late. After 45 minutes, the front office staff, April, said she was still waiting for the nurse to respond to her messages. How difficult is it to walk in the back and have an actual conversation with someone? Once again, the front office is incompetent.

Dr Ho is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things well. She is very relaxed and patient when you meet with her. I am very happy with her care. Great overall demeanor and care from a very capable and experienced doctor.

Dr Tammy Ho is an excellent surgeon. She has been working with me for over a year on a problem I've had since I was a teenager. (I'm in my 70's now). Once Dr Ho joined Orange County Urology Specialists I was referred to her and she was able to successfully start the procedures to diagnose and repair my problem. Apparently I was one of her more complex cases, she had a plan and worked until she was able to do what was possible for my situation. As she is a specialist, she can have a very full schedule but she always found a way to work around scheduling problems as quickly as possible. Even with her full schedule she always took the time to make sure I understood everything she planned to do. If you are ever referred to Dr Ho, you can feel comfortable in the fact that she will work diligently to help find a solution to any problems you may have.

1st visit was terrible.Dr was rushed and dismissive. 2nd visit was ok.She took time with me and answered all my concerns. Front desk could be more welcoming!

Dr. Ho listens and cares about her patients and continues to work with her patients until their issues are resolved. Her entire staff are also very friendly and professional.
