Her website says she is “board certified in Pediatric and Adult Allergy, Asthma and Immunology”, I made an appointment and said I’d like to have allergy testing and I’d like to know why my immune system is weak and I get recurring infections. When the skin test came back negative she seemed to done with me. I asked about immune testing, she hesitantly agreed to order a test. She said she would call me to discuss the results as soon as they came in. They were online for a week before I gave up waiting and called the office, she had her nurse return my call and said I should go to an immunologist. The nurse (and other office staff) were kind and professional but the doctor was dismissive and I concluded she’s only interested in treating people who need allergy shots or something of that nature. If you believe you need an immunologist I would recommend finding another doctor.

Dr. Smith refuses to take any phone calls to answer simple questions about test results over the phone and will only have her Nurses call who are uneducated and never have any answers and on top of it are not friendly. Dr. Smith wants you to schedule an appointment and pay a co-pay no matter how small the question is even if she has all of the info she needs to answer the question.
