Was referred to 21st Century Oncology by Veterans Administration. Was treated there for lung cancer. The experience was five stars! The entire staff is very friendly and the wait time was very low. They explain everything you need to know about your care. Highly recommend!

Great care and friendly staff

Great doctor! He did not sugar coat how the radiation treatment may impact me and I appreciated his honesty. I truly appreciate his candor.

My visit to this doctor's office and services was tempered with concern as to the time of the services to be performed. 6 appointments for two areas on the face and one located on the nose which created a degree of difficultly to perform the treatment. But the staff and the doctor made it as ease as possible but it took 65% of the appointment on the nose. I completed the 6 treatments, if it had not been for the patience of the staff with their supporting me made it to the end.

Dr Nguyen was very professional and took time to explain everything and answer all my questions . The radiation technicians Karen and Mike were outstanding and helped make the process easy and me feel at ease.

Dr. Nguyen gave me the information I needed to understand the process. The staff was very caring and helpful. They were always on schedule I never had more than a few minute wait.

Dr. Nguyen always took he time to answer everything I had questions for. He was very precise and I loved his timely etiquette seeing his patients. I never had to wait longer than five minutes for him.

Dr. Nguyen was very up-front with amount of time even though he contradicted the oncologist.

The staff at 21st Century Oncology are awesome! They are so kind, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, highly professional and supportive. Dr. Nguyen was great but his staff makes the office an exceptional wonderful home feeling experience during each visit. Going through any medical procedure is never a pleasant experience, but Dr Nguyen set my mind at ease & answered all the questions I had. My appointments were at the N Pecos office. The staff & Radiologists were professional, friendly & knowledgeable. They made my daily visits something I looked forward to, not that I enjoy the side effects. If I ever have to get any radiation treatment again, I will definetly ask to return to this office. I highly recommend Dr Nguyen & his staff @ 21st Century.

Spent far more time with radiation staff than with Dr. Nguyen. They are awesome! Sabrina was so kind and supportive. Dr. Nguyen was great but his staff makes this place wonderful.
