Consultation appointment
Dr. Rubinstein was very polite, kind & gentle with my examination. He was very patient & explained things about my upcoming procedure. No surgery has been performed at this point so I cannot give information about that.

Ironically had my eye surgery after a couple cancellations. They were ready for me when I got there, no waiting time. Dr Rubenstein called me the day before surgery to make sure I understood the risks of the surgery and what would be happening g during surgery. I felt very comfortable walking into the surgery room.

Eyelid Surgery
My ophthalmologist recommended Dr Rubinstein for my surgery. He was absolutely amazing. The office and nursing staff were very friendly and helpful. All my insurance billing was perfect.

Tear Duct surgery with balloon and stent.

Dr. Rubinstein has been a fantastic help in my treatment. He answers all questions I have and actively takes time to explain and brainstorm additional related treatments.
