Dr. Taisei Kobayashi, MD

Dr. Kobayashi performed a percutaneous coronary intervention surgical procedure on my elderly mother. She has a whole host of medical complications and was having issues with her ability to breathe due multiple blocks in her coronary artery. Dr. Kobayashi was instrumental in developing a cardiac intervention strategy that was minimally invasive and drilled through her blocks as well as placing stents in the highest risk arteries. Once the procedure was over, my mother was out of the hospital within two days and her ability to function without losing her breath has improved immensely. Dr. Kobayashi was very impressive with the way he explained the procedure and answered all of our questions, illustrating all of the details on the screen for us. He kindly and patiently answered numerous questions from both family and his patient to make sure they understood the procedure and the risks involved.
