Dr. Ali and staff were wonderful at my first visit today. All were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He cleaned my right ear which greatly improved my hearing and addressed my sinus issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great ENT.

I really appreciate many things about Dr. Ali, his staff, and office practices. First off, I appreciate that they run on-time. My wait is always minimal before I am seen. I feel that Dr. Ali listens to me, and discusses my issues and treatment options. His staff is always curteous and professional.

Got recommended this doctor from Dr. White on Berry. My mother went here for a CT or MRI on her neck. The visits here were a waste of time. The receptionist was rude,so was Dr. Ali. Dr. was very impatient, never gave a concrete answer to her questions or what she had. No diagnosis, just wanted to keep making consultations and charge their fee. I believe this treatment was from my mother not having insurance. But I wouldn't request a service I couldn't afford.

Professional doctor and staff. Relieved my ear pain immediately, medicated, and prescribed me a compounded drug to pick in 2 days. My ear problem was treated to full satisfaction.

My visit with Dr. Ali left a lot to be desired. I presented with very serious ear pain, and he dismissed it has insignificant. I left the office without receiving any chance to describe what was going on with my pain. I got speech from him that lasted about 12 minutes. I later found out from another doctor that I had a very serious condition that required surgery.

My experience with Dr. Ali is the worst I have ever had. I will make sure that none of my family or friends go to him. I reported Dr. Ali to my insurance the next day of my visit and to Texas Medical Board for charging me for the below services that he did not perform. On the top of all that I received a bill from his office for S256.89 • $429 NASAL ENDOSCOPE (which never took place) • $271.00 CONSULTATION A total of $700.00

Dr. Ali and staff were excellent. If every Dr handled things and were as personal with patients all would be right with the world.

Dr Ali spent 3.5 minutes examining my son. After examining my son, he told me my son needs his tonsils removed. I reminded him that he just examined my son's mouth and shouldn't he have noticed that THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN REMOVED. Dr Ali agrees that yes he noticed that. (Why, in the world would he tell me then that his tonsils needed to be removed?!?). We are NOT impressed with Dr Ali and plan to file a complaint with our insurance. BEWARE of Dr Ali!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Ali. He is very competent and professional. He has a great bedside manner and makes you feel very confident with his diagnosis. He performed fairly extensive surgery on me. He helped ease my nerves before we went into the operating room and was great post-op talking with my family. My follow-up visits have been very easy. My one complaint is his office staff. His nurse is really good, but the girls at the front desk are less than friendly and not very helpful.

Dr. Ali has been our son's ENT for eight years. We trust him and have built a realtionship with him however his new office staff leaves much to be desired. When you call to make an appointment they put you on hold for at least 10 minutes or hang up on you. They act like you are bothering them if you have a question during an office visit. One of ladies (wish I had her name) was very rude to a disabled patient. Very disappointed and considering switching ENT's.

Horrible office staff. I'm don't make much money and I was told I had to pay $400 up front or the dr wouldn't see me. Well the dr didn't see me because I couldn't afford to pay $409 up front. Just because I'm a teacher doesn't mean I make good money.
