Professional, considerate, clear explanations
Dr. Jan took the time to explain what was going on in my ears. He clearly explained what to expect over the next few months including using diagrams. His assistant was also excellent. I was apprehensive to have my ears examined, but he made it painless and easy. He made sure my questions were answered. I'd go to him again if I develop any other issues.
