Staff was incredible. Efficient and friendly. I felt very comfortable. Dr. K was awesome listened to everything based on my past history, without information from past doctors.. New to Colorado New Insurance new doctor he is very direct and told me to listen to him as well, cute, in the end, I totally trust him and believe he has his best interest out for the person that he is trying to help. I will definitely go back to him, but I hope it’s not for five years. Apparently I cannot put parentheses or exclamation points On this app to give my review, which is disappointing

Excellent provider
Dr Kleeman has been a terrific provider for me for a complicated procedure. He is straight forward, personable, available; all on top of excellent surgical skills. The experience was everything I could ask for.

Knowledgeable & Efficient
I saw Dr. Kleeman about arthritis in my feet. I found him to be very knowledgeable and he answered my questions and discussed my other foot issues other than my main concern. In lieu of surgery, which he suggested I consider, he offered less costly suggestions for short term help for my arthritis such as best insoles and athletic shoes for my feet. The insoles can be ordered online and mold to your feet and cost about 1/10th of professionally made insoles. Also, I participate in the health care portal offered by UC Health and was very surprised when I read the notes from my OV. Every issue and items we discussed or even mentioned was covered in great detail - more than I could remember myself. He is a very quick talker and that may have lead others to think that Dr. Kleeman hadn't listened to them. If you have access to your health care portal, I strongly suggest you use it.

I have been Dr. Kleeman's patient for over six years and frankly, I am surprised at some of the recent reviews. I have found him to be personable, efficient & knowledgeable. I like doctors who speak TO me, not AT me. Dr. Kleeman does exactly that. He operated on my foot when my Achilles tendon attached itself to a heel spur (go figure!). Prior to deciding on surgery, he ordered x-rays, reviewed them with me and outlined all of my options. He has also treated (non-operatively) my teenage son. Now that it seems he's no longer with Coastal, I guess I'll have to follow him since I have a new problem on my other foot and I don't want to start over with a new doctor. Moreover, I know, like and trust him.

After reading these reviews I was very concerned that Dr. Kleeman was going to be incompetent and rude but was pleasantly surprised during my last visit. He was clear, informative, quick to layout what all my options were (only two choices really) and explained how each choice would pan out. He preemptively took X-rays, and explained they likely would not show anything but were important to have (in case I wanted to choose my second option). He reviewed them and confirmed his findings with me after the fact. I’m not sure what all of these complaints are about, I personally had a great experience and was in and out in 30 minutes (which is what I was hoping for). I also don’t know how great this doctor would be for a serious issue but for my minor check up he was great!

Dr. Kleeman spent nearly my entire appointment on his cell phone. I don't know if it was due to distraction or incompetence, but he dismissed my severe ankle pain as merely a tight calf muscle without doing any imaging or tests. He also told me I was fine to train for a marathon despite the pain, and that I just needed to stretch. When I sought a second opinion two days later, I discovered I have 4 fractures and 2 damaged tendons; injuries that would have gotten significantly worse had I taken his advice to continue running. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a competent foot/ankle doctor.

Dr Kleeman did bunion surgeries on both feet one in 2007 and other on 2009 He did not pressure me into surgery He clearly explained the procedures and answer any questions. He was patient and caring. I recently visited again on March 4th for a knee cyst. No surgery was needed and he took time to explain my diagnosis and offered a cortisone shot which was painless. I would highly recommend him He make you feel like you have his full attention during a visit

Rush, rush, rush! Impatient. Poor communicator: talks a mile-a-minute, talked AT me and over me, doesn't listen, is condescending, and did not focus on my stated reason for the visit. Will never darken his door again.

He used Air quotes!! That is sarcasm at its finest. He downplayed my ankle issues. I am A 45 year old woman, he made me feel like I needed to question my other doctors. I had An accessory bone shatter and damage my pereneol tendon. Those were the surgeries i had. He made me feel as though these dr lied to me when i saw the imaging and felt the pain. He made me feel like i was Searching for a doctor to do surgery when my regular de sent me for a new pair of eyes. Nvr again!

My daughter recently had surgery on her left foot and leg by Dr. Kleeman and we couldn't be happier. The care, concern, and professionalism of Dr. Kleeman and his staff was exceptional. He is an excellent surgeon, highly knowledgeable, and cares for his patients. We are lucky to have found a talented and extraordinary surgeon so close to home!

Dr. Tammron Kleeman (A.K.A. Jay Kleeman, AKA T. Jay Kleeman) did not introduce himself, and presented as arrogant, disinterested and uncaring. He asked me if a colleague in his practice had ordered tests. When I said "No", I was surprised that he did not follow up by ordering them. Apparently he couldn't be bothered. He listed potential treatments, but dismissed each as "a waste of time". He clearly just wanted me out of his office. I would not recommend this physician to anyone.
