Please do yourself and child a favor and go somewhere else. This place is horribly run and run down. It took several calls to actually schedule an appointment. I was told they would email me "some forms" that i could print off, fill out and return with - I never received the email. (During the appointment they never asked for the paperwork.) I was asked if I wanted the appointment to be in office or tele-appointment. I chose in office b/c I wanted to see the Dr. in person first. The in office visit WAS a tele-appointment! We sat at a desk with a laptop in front of us! Was gaslit throughout the appointment and felt completely ignored when I mentioned that various things hadn't worked for us. I had to call when I got home and remind them to please send me the paperwork so I could fill it out! It turned out to be 36 pages! Some of this stuff was health history and things they should have had before the appointment....completely unethical! STAY AWAY please!!!!!
