Disappointed and won't go back
Terrible. The appointment was rushed, Kodsi was extremely unfriendly to the point of being unprofessional, she did not explain things well and did not want to be bothered to answer my questions. I was treated as an inconvenience and my son was barely acknowledged. Such a disappointing visit. I left with more questions than answers. If you want to see a pediatric ophthalmologist who cares about your child, I recommend you go elsewhere.

Great doctor, not so great front desk staff
The front desk is aloof, doesn't really understand the concept of HIPPA and occasionally rude. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Kodsi for a few years and she has been great. Her assistants (RN, NP, residents? not sure) have been nice also. But her front desk staff is always something I have to actively tell myself to ignore.

We started seeing Dr Kodsi after our boys' ophthalmologist retired. She was so nice and gave us a great degree of attention. She explained things very clearly and patiently listened to and answered our questions.
