Primary physician that failed to provide care
Dr. Jones was my primary physician for more than ten years. I've been fortunate in staying healthy requiring no medical services until having a sport related injury. The injury and pain was severe and required surgery. After meeting with Dr. Jones for one visit, she completely failed to follow up or take the injury seriously. I had to advocate for myself to find other physicians at Kaiser to get an MRI and find an orthopedic surgeon that finally took the injury seriously resulting in surgery, Dr. Jones never followed up. My experience is that Dr. Jones appeared to be acting as a gatekeeper preventing needed care rather than advocating for the health of the patient.

I like Dr. Jones very much... Shes very kind ! Always have time to listen about your concern . I trust her decision coz she always explain it very well... Also whenever i have question, all i need to do, just send email ... And got all the answer ! I had 3 doctors before her, but she is the best for me !!!!
