How fast they were

Everyone was absolutely lovely and we had the best experience. The appointment was timely and they took us back even a bit early which was much appreciated. Our US tech was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and cared for.

Dr. Hu always has time for me and listens to my issues. I love the fact I feel comfortable and that she really is looking out for my health

Sylvia was very prompt and sensitive to my needs. Spend a lot of time with me. Made sure I understood everything to do with my procedure and options.

If you are high risk and have an issue, do not see her. She makes you feel like your pain or discomfort is not what you say. She made me feel uncomfortable. Made me feel like there was nothing I could do about my condition and I was a pregnant woman in pain. For all you saying she is great you must not have went through a severe pregnancy or high risk pregnancy with her. She cut me off when I was explaining my situation and I was as in tears when she left the room, feeling invalidated and like my issue was not important to her. Worst experience I have ever had with an OBGYN or even doctor period. If you are in Boise Idaho do not request her as a doctor and if she in on call at a local hospital do everything in your power to request another doctor. Unless you want to feel worse about yourself and condition and feel defeated when you leave. I am floored she even has good feedback. I never am one to write a negative review, and this is beyond warranted!!! I felt like I was a waste of time

Dr Hu came in with a warm smile and a listening ear. She was thorough in summing up my situation and providing the plan for moving forward. I’m not often relaxed in a OBGYN office but I get very comfortable discussing my issues with Dr Hu.

I like that Dr. Hu keeps it real and is very knowledgeable.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a gynecologist office.She was cold, indifferent, condescending and did not explain the procedure well at all. She compared the procedure she was going to do, “no different than a Pap smear”. … it was NOTHING like a Pap smear!

Dr. Hu is an amazing doctor. Super happy, friendly , knowledgeable and always answers any questions I have . If you’re looking for a OBGYN , she’s amazing.

Dr. Hu listened very well to my concerns and learned to understand why I had nerves and anxiety when it came to giving birth again. She talked me through everything so I had a better understanding of what was happening.

As a second time mom, I had an amazing experience the entire pregnancy with Dr.Hu. She always had an approachable personality, listened to understand my needs, and was extremely knowledgeable about any pre/post pregnancy questions. She was always open to two-way communication and ready to answer any questions our family had. The service was outstanding, and I am so pleased that she was apart of my pregnancy journey. Words can't express the appreciation I have for her!

Dr. Hu is the best doctor I've seen for my endometriosis. She is extremely knowledgeable and is good at communicating in simpler terms so that it's easy to understand. She also made sure to explore all the possible causes for my symptoms and described several different treatment options, and she also took the time to explain the probably outcomes of each method and which one she thought was best for my case. She's also very compassionate and has a very warm bedside manner. 10/10!

Not being a patient here, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to come on such short notice. The receptionist called me as soon as there was a cancellation and I got in quickly. Dr. Wu was kind and caring and got me taken care of quickly. I am deeply appreciative for all the staff at WHA.

I would recommend Dr. Hu and will likely use her for any future pregnancies!
