Terrible doctor
Very disappointing experience. Dr. Hsu came in briefly and left almost immediately, without introducing herself. The appointment felt rushed, and I didn’t have a chance to ask any questions. She appeared disinterested and lacked courtesy and respect throughout the visit. I do not recommend Dr. Hsu.

Dr. Hsu is an incredible Doctor. She has helped me personally with my ongoing struggle with HHD (Hailey & Hailey disease). My quality of life has been positively impacted by her medical expertise in the area of HHD.

I saw Dr. Hsu Last year at Temple Hospital location, the office room was so dirty and dusty. I wait about 30 Minutes, she came to the room never introduce herself to me and her first question for me was ** What can I do for you? she was not pleasant at all and after 2 minutes she left the room and never came back, she sent me 2 students asking me some questions and the doctor never came back to see me?? I was very angry and unhappy with her action/ treatment. To be a professional in your job, your life and with your people around you something you can always learn and add to your life instead of being brutal and rude. I will never recommended Dr. Hsu to anyone I care about.

Dr Hsu was very inconsiderate bringing in students without notice into my exam room. In addition a biopsy was required at MY insistence to convince her that my normal spots were in fact a squamous cell and a basal cell carcinoma.

My appointment was 9:30am and got there 10 min earlier with my pre filled form. However, after waiting to call my name for 30 min, I asked the receptionist how long I should wait for the doc. The receptionist said the doc will see me later when she finished the patient before me. I left the office and I complained to Baylor but I haven't had any answer yet. They should know patients also have a valuable time and do manage schedule better.
