My wife and I have been going to Dr. Coscia for several years. She is pretty good and caring. However, her staff leaves a lot to be desired. Incompetence could be an understatement on their abilities to follow instructions or with insurers and pharmacies alike. We can tolerate waiting for several hours (5 and even more) because Dr. Coscia's skills are worth the waiting. Yet, her staff, which seems to change more often than the weather, is quite useless. Dr. Coscia needs to realize her staff is an extension of her. Her reputation can also be affected/suffer by how her staff handles all the office's daily routines. Because of their ineptitude, one of us has not followed the proper medication protocol for the last 4 months, and after following with their office and finding out today, they were asking for the wrong Rx. If this is not incompetence, let us know what it is. Dr. Coscia is an excellent physician, but her office is creating more harm than good.

Dr. Sylvia Coscia was my primary physician till I moved from NJ. I never had any doctor like her. It’s impossible to describe how she takes care of her patients. She is the best. With her you know that you’ll get the best of attention. She is knowledgeable and very good diagnodtic. You have to take in consideration that you might wait long time in her office. Leah Lavie 2020

I have been going to Dr. Coscia for 39 years. I find her to be a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. She is always willing to listen and gives you the time you need. Sure, the wait is long but I've figured out how to deal with it. Sign in, do your food shopping, go back for a half hour wait. The wait is worth the time and knowledge she gives you!! She is also taking care of my mother who turned 101 in May!

Dr Coscia is the last of the old time Dr's. While you need to have patience, you can sit in her waiting from for (sometimes HOURS) to see her, there is no Dr. better than her. Dr Coscia is thorough, caring & truly a GOD send to her patients.

Dr. Coscia is the best doctor I have ever gone to. It is obvious that she cares deeply for all of her patients. She will patiently and thoroughly discuss all of your concerns and issues in a non-judgmental manner. She is truly a gem, and if you are looking for a doctor who will take time to speak with you and know you, she's it!

Excellent in all respects. You have to wait a long period of time in the office because she takes her time with each client. Bring something to occupy your time (a book) and the time will pass more quickly. She is worth the wait.

She is the best. I just love her. She is a wonderful doctor that cares about me. I don't think I will ever find a doctor like her. Dr. Coscia goes out of her way to make sure you are ok. She is very through. I moved from the area, 17 years ago and still go to her. As one of her classmates said to me, "she is worth it". Sister Margaret Tierney

Dr. Sylvia Coscia is a thorough caring doctor. She helped me heal when I had a serious infection many years ago. I will always hold this doctor in the highest regard for her efforts to help me heal. I wish I could help resolve the wait time issue, however it is becoming clear the underlying problem is caused by too much demand. Other medical offices resolve this issue by limiting access to their provider(s). in contrast, Dr. Coscia will never turn anyone away.
