I was in his facility for 72 hours and only spoke with him around 15 minutes and for most of those sessions he was dilly dallying on his phone. Wouldn't waste my time with him or Community North.

He did not filled the discharge paper work , his staff are disconnection the call when I called and request them. Very unusual behavior
